royallyshaftedThis is basically the entirety of episode 19, so I am not transcribing!
But in short, it's Wako's birthday and Tide and Sugata decide to help her celebrate it by making her lunch, then they go out on basically a trio date: walking on the beach, drinking from the same giant cup, seeing a movie, and doing karaoke. In the middle of this there are ANTICS wherein Sugata and Takuto are possessed by lesbians who try to use their bodies for weird het-lesbo action, but are cockblocked. Sugata doesn't remember being possessed, just knows he woke up on the roof of the karaoke place. After that they walk home, and are interrupted by a BATTLE IN ZERO TIME where Takuto is a galactic bishounen and then Takuto wins (as he does) and they all go home together.

So this is a kind of bizarre one to get completely out of the blue. He is by far his most positive canon memory to date. It is full of ordinary teenager things if ordinary teenagers went out on threesome dates. BEFORE this memory he had more interest in Takuto than most people, but no special caring for him. Now Takuto is definitely on his To Protect list, but he still doesn't care anywhere as much as he did in this memory, because Takuto had to break past a lot of barriers to get as far as he did in his memory, and he still hasn't done that in Aather. Wako, meanwhile, Sugata already knew he was in love with, this just underscored it quite a bit, particularly realizing that he'd always been carrying around a knife for her protection. Yet he appreciates the symbolism of Takuto giving her the knife, and I think he appreciates Takuto thinking of a good gift for her, because I suspect Sugata tried and failed out, because nothing you could purchase could be worthwhile, and he doesn't have the skills to make anything personal.
Anyway, so he knows Wako is Very Important, and while Takuto is less so he is probably still more so than maybe anyone else. He knows he has a BIG OL MANSION that was otherwise empty which speaks a lot for his day-to-day life.
Also! SUDDEN CYBODY BATTLE which wasn't a big surprise and which he was only sort of concerned about. He clearly trusted Takuto to take care of himself, and his trust was not let down! What Sugata got out of this was 'maybe it is okay to let people you care about risk themselves in dangerous situations'. Which comes at a good time because he was immediately getting angry at Souya for doing just that.
Despite being his most happiest memory, it won't have a huge effect on him. He will be slightly more prone to having emotions and reactions, and slightly less distant with everyone, generally more protective of Takuto and yet less protective across the board.
Oh and, he's not going to tell Takuto he's a galactic pretty boy. He's going to let Takuto figure that one out himself. Belated onion revenge.
