Which is, a lot less dramatic than it sounds and it doesn't sound that dramatic. BASICALLY through a combination of game events and memories, Tide is switching over to the TOUGH LOVE approach. In day to day matters all this means is A) He isn't doing your laundry anymore, or any other collective team chores, and B) if you make a mess he will dump said mess on your bed.

Misato and Break will be hit the hardest because LOL ADULTS WHO DON'T ACT LIKE ADULTS!! But it's pretty much just mildly abusive prodding, ooor otherwise not trying to be responsible for everyone.

TIDE IS NOT ACTUALLY CAPABLE of just, leaving decisions to people, or not being involved in important stuff. So game wise or traumawise, he'll pretty much be the same.

I should point out he isn't mad at anyone for any reason! It's not an ANGER QUIT he has just decided that the whole lord/leader/babysitter whatever role is not the best way to go about things, and is actively switching gears.
